Carolina, Etowah Creek District carries on a fine tradition of Boy
Scouting Excellence. A member of the Indian Waters Council, our district
is known council-wide for quality programs. Volunteers from our district
also hold many positions at the council level, in addition to their
District positions. Please take some time and visit our site. If you live
near Columbia, please come to our Roundtable. If you do not, feel free to cruise
